I have a mod ideia and I need help!

I want to create a simple mod, but I need help. I want to edit the tanks of the game to put the tank commander in the top of the tank like the picture in the attachment, I don't if it is possible but if is can someone help me?

Yes it is possible. Use CCMunger to extract the files in /Graphics/Tanks.azp. Edit the extracted vehicle images as desired with Photoshop or similar, then repack the edited images into Tanks.azp file with CCMunger.

I've done that but just have the destroyed tanks img. Can't find the tanks in a perfect state to edit!

CCMunger extracts Tanks.azp to sets of 16 turrets and/or hulls for each vehicle. Edit each of the turret images to show your tank commander.
