Worth buying ?

Have played a lot of the scenario`s made by the community and dev`s.
I won`t compare it to other games , but this is from my experience.
When you get the hang of the rules ( I`m still learning ) , it is the most suspenseful game
I have ever had a go at . Anything from a shot at the enemy. to where should my best officer be
positioned .
Have bought a fair few games from the ww2 era , but if I had to vote for the turned-based game of the year?
It mixes number crunching depth with good old beer drinking fun

then there are games that take that one giant leap forward and require admiring

Some may laugh, but I've found Heroes of Normandie to go beyond suspenseful. When the AI gets it right, and the dice are unfavorable, it can become a real battle to win. I've also pulled off some (well, maybe a couple) of incredible victories
