Having issues on a re-install can't get to 1.11 from 1.09. The updater says it can't find the update.exe? Downloaded the 1.11 from the download site and it says I don't have Inferno? Where can I just get a vanilla 1.11 NON-steam 1.11?

I think you might need 1.10 before 1.09. It might be in the Matrix members area

Do the following:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Reinstall the game using the 1.10 installer file (CommandMANO-CommandNI-SetupRelease-v110.zip)
3. Update to 1.11 (CommandMANO-CommandNI-UpdateComp-v111SR4.zip)

If you have the game serial number registered in your Matrix Members account, you'll be able to download both files from your Member's area:

I have downloaded both of these and installed as instructed. None of the Community scenarios from the August 2016 community scenario pack 033 work. They all claim "explicitly or implicitly" you have tried to load a scenario for which a database does not exist in the DB folder. Please check the Matrix games forum to ensure you have the latest databases.

Thank you for responding so fast, VPaulus.

I do not have the 'Shared Content' folders. I downloaded and installed the new v1.11 file as directed. I re-downloaded the Community Scenario pack 033 from the Matrix Games website. The game still throws the same fault message on community scenarios. I'm going to try a fresh install as directed above, reboot my computer, and turn to Whiskey in that order.
