Popups: Strategy Notes

I like the strategy notes that show up - Examples: Invading Britain and the Key garrisons for the Allies to maintain in the Mediterranean.

It would be helpful; at the lower difficulty levels, to have strategy note popups on the value of lesser used units such as artillery and special forces.
