how can i buy hard copy manual of WITW

I have been trying to buy the hard cover manual of war in the west but can't find it in the store.
I brought the game and I saw the book for 15 dollars back when I got the game.but now its not there
did they stop selling it

The above link is 404. Any ideas how to get the hardcover manual? I realise it may be out of date in some respects, but I think it would still be useful. Any ideas?

I think its no longer available. They printed 'x', and when that run was sold its not worth the costs of printing just a few to order
