I've often thought a number of threads could be unstickied. It's been a low priority compared to the rest of my life and it falls off the to do list. I'm open to suggestions about candidates for demotion.

Well, not to be captain obvious, but there were several proposals about it and it would be nice mod finally get to it, there isn't that much to do apart from occasional thread to close. Getting those stickies sorted would let this thread die too.
