I looked around, and everything I could report has already been done, except one thing: is the reports tab purposely disabled? I can't get it to open no matter what the settings are.

Yes, it's purposely disabled at the moment.

Before the arrival of the DAK I purchased Rommel HQ, this was brought up before and what was said is that Rommel would appear in Africa and substituted in the production queue by another HQ of the same rank.
Well in my present game the one who appeared in Africa was Manstein rated 9, though Kesserling rated 8 is still available and could have been used.
Is this WAD?

As far as I can see in the code it doesn't look for a matching rating, and perhaps this is because sometimes there will not be a matched rating (depending on what is available in the HQ build pool), rather it just grabs the next available HQ and puts him there. So in this case the first available was Manstein.

Not sure if this is a bug or not but in my current game (the one on youtube), the turns progress too fast.
If my axis turn is june 1st, then it moves to june 8 for the allied turn, and my subsequent turn is june 15 etc.
So it skips forward to fast doesnt it?

See page 61 in the manual:

Turns are alternate rather than simultaneous, so the Axis turn will cover 1st to 7th September 1939, and the first Allied turn will run from 8th to 14th September 1939.

Hi ParadogsGamer

Thanks for the videos. [:)]

The reason for this is to keep the game to a manageable length, as otherwise there would be an awful lot of turns per year, making the game take twice as long to play and it would require lots of changes to income and events (admittedly the last bit would be a headache more for designers than players).

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that captured ports that are below five strength cannot be used to load or unload troops from transports.
In my current game I'm being able to do so, so unless I'm wrong this should be a bug.
I have a save if needed.

Hi

If the port is below strength 5 then units cannot be transported into it and unloaded in the same turn, but the transport can arrive in one turn and unload the next.

If you see anything else then let us know.

Thanks

Hi Bill, that's exactly the point, transports are arriving to ports with strength under five and are being able to download their units, even transports in cruise mode, all in the same turn.
Do you want a save?
Regards.

It's ok thanks, I've just run a test and was able to unload the transport in the same turn as it moved in, even though the port was at strength 1.

I have been holding off putting this up, as surely someone has seen the misspelling. However, the very first pop up on the Axis side: "Axis War Aims", "and finally we are in position to undo the dictats..." I am pretty sure that is supposed to be "dictates". Sorry, been a long time since I have posted screen shots, and not worth that much effort for one word.

Thanks, and it seems to be that the word I'm using should actually be spelt diktat rather than dictat:

I hope this has not been reported already - apologies if it has. I am using latest build (1.00.10 Beta) and I have an Air unit in NW France that I can upgrade, but it allows me to go beyond my tech level of two - I can go until the game crashes somewhere around tech level 35ish. The icon cycles through a lot of aircraft while this happens as well and then starts glitching a bit.

I didn't try all my aircraft, but I was able to do this to multiple units for the Germans. Here is the crash notification - I also will keep a save if you guys require anything.

I had to post one final pic - I tried an Italian unit to see if it is all my aircraft that are affected, and I created this little beauty:
