Where can I get the offline installer (Not Steam Version)

I bought this game, direct from this website, at greater cost, specifically for the non Steam offline installer, so don't say it's on that rubbish.

When I go to the download page, all I get is the last update.

Distant Worlds: Universe v1.9.5.12 Update
DistantWorldsUniverse-Update-19512.zip

To confuse matters even more the Members page, one showing all matrix games, only shows the beta version of the above
DistantWorldsUniverse-Update-19512Beta.zip

The Beta is dated 12th April, while full version is 18th.
Neither is the full game, so if I lose my copy, how would I replace it?

I have this full one, "Distant Worlds: Universe v1.9.5.0" file currently, but finding the beta, made me think that was an update, and led to a my looking for all the files.
I should be able to get the download I paid for, anytime I want.

If you do not have the full download, contact support and you get a new download link. I do not think the full game installers are permanently displayed for you.

You appear to have the full game installer, though.

So just install the 1.9.5.0 you got, and grab the patch from the sticky on the main forum:

You do not need to be in the members pages to find the patch (and you probably found that you can not get it from there).

Thanks, but I shouldn't have to contact support, and the full installer used to be available on the members page, I actually came looking to see if any updates were available, and expected the full installer to be available.
Not publicly of course, I'm talking about the members page for games already owned, where I should be able to redownload, the files, that I could when I bought the offline version, with every udate as well.

This is what I'm asking, why can't I get the games I already own, from my members page anymore?

It's not a problem today, but could become one if I lose my copy, only finding an outdated beta update, instead of the full game is not good.

I believe the way it works, is that the download link you get is time limited. I guess it is a way of preventing shared links to last forever or something.
