PBE roller seems to be messing with us. I received Axis roll 12 (first) and 2 generated on same second.

The Whirlwind is shot down and the Condor is cleared through. I assume the Axis stay?

See my post above. Should we reroll Axis roll?

If time stamp is the same then re-roll is in order.

(Previously the first roll arrived last)

Indeed. [:(]

Okay - I can't cope with this nonsense at the moment.

I can also play naval combat tonight if you guys want.

Italian NAV aborts, no matter what reroll gives. I counted 30+ points AA fire, that means -1/2 for one bomber and 1/1 for two bombers. Was it Axis or Allied decision to choose bomber getting through? If Axis can choose, Italian NAV gets through.

I want to keep FW Condor in box 4 and fight as many rounds as possible.

Right there is no re-roll as I had the notification on and therefore the 2 must have been the roll that I requested.

I am afraid I do not understand what is being said in the last post above. As things stand the Condor is through but that is because I assumed you would want the best unit through. Are you saying you would have chosen the Italian NAV to be cleared through?

I would like to send Italian NAV through because AA fire is so heavy. Normally I would choose best unit. Axis abort after this round.

If AA fire result is less than 5 (aborting bomber) there is no need to go back.

The Italian NAV has one factor less than the Condor so it does make a difference on what aircraft cleared. And this should be decided before AA fire.

I want Italian NAV to get through, thanks. If you roll 3-4, you don't need to go back. If you roll 1-2, modify it by one.

As per post 2472 the Italian NAV got through.

As per post 2469 the Axis abort.

AA Fire to be rolled as follows:

8 + 8 = 8 Damage points.

The Italian NAV aborts

Where does the NAV abort to?

Okay both sides stay and as per previous instructions there are no aircraft from either side flown in.

The Axis Condors are surprised by the Fleet Air Arm and supporting RAF squadrons.

All 8 surprise points are used to try and inject some venom into the British shooting.

The RAF fail to find the Condor but the Fleet Air Arm squadrons step up to the plate and splash the German aircraft.

The wounded Canarias makes the Canarias Islands (see what I did there)?

I used a previous post to initiate and I've used the Hungarian fighter as I thought you might want to save initiation for a NAV. Do you need me to go back?

Do you think the convoy should ask for Indian assistance?
