The fight near Chengtu seems incredible -- how can the Japanese have taken so few casualties?

Regarding supply in China, have you been able to get supply moving up from Singapore? Or by any other method or route?

Near Chengtu, last turn the Chinese unit crossed the river and went into this turn with 41% disruption. I'm sure the disruption was the reason for their performance. Under more usual circumstances that kind of disruption would allow the enemy to pummel them, but the trapped unit has no fight left in it. The Chinese unit will just keep attacking and I assume disruption will go down every turn anyway. I forgot to check it this turn.

I have managed to get 76,000 supply to move to a point on Malaya with the SoPac Command HQ, but no more. And worse, not all of that came from Singapore! So I have some shipping starting to chip away at it on cargo runs.

In hindsight, only a big horde with attendant Command HQ would have done it, the same as got the supply there.

Home Islands west. All units are now loaded, some convoys are still loading supplies. The Tokara Retto invasion will go in just before the Kochi invasion, mostly just to provide more data for DAW HQ to process.
