Turn won't open? Advice?

My opponent and I are on turn 16 of Scenario 28 and all of a sudden he can't open turn 16 (I'm the American player).

He can open 13, 14, 15 but we lose it at 16.

Ideas?

I would send him a new turn 16 to see if he can open it. It sounds like the file might be corrupted.

I did redo turn 16 from his turn 15 and when I sent that back he got the same message.

There are no mind readers here - you gotta give us more. What's the message? What password have you agreed on and has he checked his CAPS LOCK key? Did you Zip the file?

Well we got around the problem by taking turn 15 again and this time saving it as game.20!

It worked.

Seems like it didn't like the game saved under game.15.
