missing the bus URSS set up

This is the best I can do. If the beta tools allow placing units in the bi-monthly production pools, it's a complete secret to me as to how to do it. I've tried it before as well, and never was successful. Putting units on the map or in other pools like Repair, Construction, Reserve, Destroyed, etc. does work.

So I put one more FTR2 in your USSR Reserve pool. The land units I felt my only reliable choice was to put them on the map and let you guys start moving or railing them as and when you may agree. All were selected randomly.

The beta tools only allow placement of one unit per hex as far as I can tell. (Maybe if I'd saved and re-opened each time, it might have, but that would be tedious.) Also tedious I think for all of us would be selecting them and placing them 3 turn beginnings in a row.

So the Arms are in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk, the Mech in Gomel and the Inf in Minsk and Vitbsk.

I ran through the USSR setup for Missed the Bus and the reinforcements were correct. Now I know they were missing from your saved game file.

So, I suspect that maybe you sent the GAM file from one player to the other at some point during setup? It might be possible to lose the reinforcements doing that - although I am not sure exactly how or why.

If anyone can reproduce this, please let me know how so I can make sure it doesn't happen again.

i have send the GAM file after the china set up to Axis player for italy. the Axis resend to me after italy and after germany-japan: i see the lack of reinforcement only later, when i made the CW set up. not sure at what point disappear i have all the autosaves: i check tomorrow

Thank you for investigating this further. I would like to fix this problem.
