GHC Starting OOB Doc.

Hi All, I created a document awhile back with starting ground forces attached to GHC on map. I use it to help me
visualize what's at hand, log morale, notes and move forces accordingly. If anyone finds it useful that would
be great.

I attached a pic as you see I attempted to color code command in an attempt to assist.
