Text issue on Surface Pro 3

My SP3 has a screen display of 2160x1440. The text does not "expand" properly so it can be read clearly. i.e. characters overlay one another. I mainly play on my desktop but I'd like to walk through a scenario on my SP3. Any suggestions?

You can modify the text configuration file to different font types and sizes. Instructions are in the Editor Manual.
