LBA targeting of invasion taskforces

It seems that an invasion taskforce can be guaranteed of getting through by including tough naval vessels like CA's BB's etc in the taskforce or in surface combat taskforces nearby.

LBA tend to prioritize the warships instead of the transports and this is just wrong.
Any commander of aircraft defending against an invasion taskforce would surely instruct his pilots to target the transports.

Also, often the LBA will target empty transports sailing away from a base instead of the full transports approaching the base.
Again this is just stupid.

LBA targetting defnitely needs work.
