Jim its the Malaysian, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Singaporean equivalents of USS and HMS.

KD = Kapal Di-Raja (Malaysia)
KRI = Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia (Indonesia)
HQ = Hải quân (Vietnam)
RSS = Republic of Singapore Ship (Singapore)
