Got a similar one moving through the Sudeten fortifications(around Prague & Pilson) during a rainy period. Both tank units when to negative APs as well as still being able to move, but you had to click off the unit and then reselect to continue the move.

Also X corps went to negative 3 AP moving through Wurzburg, ie. AP = -3/4.

Have the save.

-8 AP and still able to move
