Routing 101

I started my comprehensive look at the rout phase tutorial video series on my youtube channel, but keep in mind that TOTH does not use an exact copy of the ASL rules for routing. This might be worth a look if your having troubles with understanding routs and what you can or can't do but don't use it as an exact guide for TOTH.

Just an fyi because routing is the #1 requested video I get for anyone interested in ASL and that can only help TOTH players..

I will have to watch it a few times to really get the hang of routing :).
Loved your highlighting of the rules followed by an example.
Another fantastic video .
I feel this is another bonus for ToTH ,
I may not fully understand the rules but with ToTH , I can have a great game without flipping through a text
book of rules , debating with an opponent over what is correct .
I can select a unit and it will give me the rout options with ToTH .
But video`s like this and many examples by the community just encourage the interest for the finer points
of the game :)

I plan to submit UPDATE2 package to the publisher by this Friday, Nov 25th. Once that's done, I will be adding a new feature for the UPDATE3 that will give you a percentage of success against enemy targets because on your selected units. This feature will be available when playing on EASY and NORMAL difficulty. This should help new players getting to know the system more easily.
