What the heck? Bluesnap - ughh

Always have problems getting the pay pal to work with matrix and slitherine. I get the access denied from Bluesnap, can we get this fixed?

Sorry you are having problems but can you let us know exactly what has gone wrong? When are you getting this message? is this during the purchase process or when trying to download or something else?

Hi Guys,

I tried with Firefox and another browser and it did the same thing as this morning. I was trying to pay through paypal. I bet it will work if I use a credit card. I think I had the same problem last week.

By the way, does anyone know why a screenshot saves the picture as a png instead of a jpeg file?

by default it's a png, but if you save as, you can change to anything you like in paint

I wonder if you have some firewall issue or adblocker issue that is blocking bluesnap. I was able to use paypal just now.

I would try with a recent version of IE since their website is ASP.NET based. I noticed that if I have difficulties here that I see errors in IE that I do not see in other browsers.

I am unable to pay for games via Paypal either. The order is completed, but when I click on the 'Pay with Paypal' button the system fails to connect with paypal. No error messages or anything, just unable to move beyond this screen.

Okay, I tried again using IE and had the same problem with PayPal. Therefore, I went back to using Firefox and paid with a credit card, same process and it works. The problem has to be with the communication with Paypal and BlueSnap.

Try a credit card and it should work fine. Hopefully, they can fix this, not good for business

Just right now, you can't even enter a coupon-code, so I can't test bluesnap.

And now, everything is fine, both entering coupon code and paying with Paypal (Euros) worked, downloading the new game - thanks for looking into the issue.
