Location of saved campaigns

Where is the location of the campaigns file(s) on disk? I ask because I would like to make a backup in case anything nasty happens with the campaign being played.

i don't have access to the game but as most games on here on save to 2 locations, docs folder or game folder, it's rare if it's hidden in the user apps data folders, repost if you didn't find it

I did not find anything in the docs (My Documents) folder and neither under the hidden directories AppData or ProgramData. I initially did not find anything either in the game installation directory because I was looking for a folder named like save, saved or the like. But thanks for making me look twice: indeed I have find a file in the installation directory called campaign_CAESARIUS, which should be the save file of my campaign. I am not sure whether this file alone keeps all the information necessary for a restore, but I will assume so. I would have preferred though the save file to be in other directory, or at least inside a dedicated folder.

if a copy is needed, to be sure to just backup the whole folder, then if it's only a part, you will at least have it all, then on a reinstall later, just paste it back and over write
