Can I rebind keys?

Can I rebind keys?

I would like to rebind + and - (zoom in/out). Two finger scrolling with the trackpad on my laptop doesn't work very well for fixed zoom levels, so I would like to zoom with a couple of keys very close to the trackpad.

no mention of it in the manual, so unless the developer says otherwise, must admit i don't know, but if it was, it would normally be mentioned a rebind somewhere in the manual, so for a guess until a developer says other wise no sorry
