CS: Middle East HOT FIX - Selected MANPAD issues fixed.

I noticed a few MANPAD sections included in the game have wrong parameters in their unit data, preventing them from firing at aerial targets.

These have been fixed, and instead of waiting for 1.03 UPDATE due in Spring 2017, please download the JSGME Mod archive attached to this post.

Installation:

[*] Download the archive.
[*] Due to how Matrix forum works, the main folder has a garbled name. Look inside that folder, and copy the "_CSME 1.02 HOTFIX 1" folder to your \MODS folder, in game root.
[*] Fire up JSGME, enable the mod, leave it enabled.

Alternatively, locate the *.OOB and *.OBX files in the download, and move them into your \OOBs folder, in game root. Allow for overwrite.

Installation:

[*] Download the archive.

[*] (1) Download the file attached to the Opening Post, Locate the zip file with the garbled name from your Download location , Unzip, Copy the "_CSME 1.02 HOTFIX 1" subfolder (upper picture)
[*] (2) Paste it to your \Mods folder (lower picture)



[*] (3) Fire up JSGME. "_CSME 1.02 HOTFIX 1" now appears on its left window. Activate it by moving it to the right window.

[*] (4) This is how your JSGME should look like once you have the Hot Fix succesfully enabled.
