windows 10 compatibility testing

Close Combat – Last Stand Arnhem is a highly enhanced new release of Close Combat, using the latest Close Combat engine with many additional improvements. Its design is based on the critically acclaimed Close Combat – A Bridge Too Far, originally developed by Atomic Games, as well as the more recent Close Combat: The Longest Day. This is the most ambitious and most improved of the new Close Combat releases, but along with all the enhancements it retains the same addicting tactical action found in the original titles! Close Combat – Last Stand Arnhem comes with expanded force pools, reserve & static battlegroups, a troop point buying system, ferry and assault crossings, destructible bridges, static forces and much more! Also included in this rebuild are 60+ battles, operations and campaigns including a new enhanced Grand Campaign!

DPI is only used or needed if you have a none default DPI in windows 10 eg higher than the standard 96DPI

run as admin again is not a dupe, it's to give a higher level of UAC and also gives the game longer for some processes

games works right out of the box with the latest updates and the settings shown, you may have to play around with what windowed mode size you wish to play in, but i chose this one as it's was ok for me, but i could go large and almost fill the screen, so the maximum size is 1920x1080 supported, or anything higher windowed

i played with 90% of my screen sized windowed at 1920x1080 being my screen size and the game running in a box at 90% with no error's, yes it took a pink screen to get there, but once sorted and set, no errors on a restart for me, then again this is a clean windows 10 system, and not an upgraded version, so it may or may not be that with yours i'm sorry to say, but in my tests all is fine as shown
