Missing art

I had to reload AE because of different issues. I decided to launch vanilla to find the best switches to put in and realized I had no aircraft visible. I have the one patch installed but not the Beta patch and no mods.

Check your installation folders. Your ART folder should look like this:

BB if looks pretty close if not right on, I just don't get it. The ship art is there but the air art is not working.

I had this issue when I upgraded my graphics. Try dd_sw switch, it should help.

Do you have the switch for rotating art? If so, try deleting it.

Right now I have no mods nor did I load the beta. This is really strange because the game is vanilla and updated with the current patch. It's not a game breaker I don't need to see the planes to enjoy the game.
