Home Islands west. No Japanese bombardment today so we don't get a look at the Imperial unit roster. We had one naval bombadment to help maintain disruption plus the air bombardments. The air strikes were quite good! Again the Empire put up a heavy CAP but this time our sweeps went in first and broke it up. Recon of the Imperials at Kumamoto shows 38 units, 117,920 troops, 874 guns, and 1,411 AFV. A significant increase in strength of 30,000 troops and 160 guns over yesterday. No more movement is seen into Kumamoto, but movement outbound is still in progress, certainly slowed by the Allied bombardment onslaught.
