Turkey not impressed by capture of Rhodes

Supposedly Turkey should get an event to shift more pro-allied if the Allies capture the Italian island of Rhodes, but this doesn't seem to happen. I'm not sure I can show it by a save, since I saved past that point, but please look into it anyway.
