New scenarios

Not good at computers gentlemen, when someone like Welk or others release a mod or a new scenario big or small where do you find it and where do you download it to, and what risks are involved, [:(] thank you in advance.

Let me know if that is unclear.
I guess you would find mods here in this Mod Forum. I don't think there are any risks as long as you install as instructed [;)]
