Cannot be placed

I can't place both the IT I Corps in Bardia and the Gariboldi HQ in Gazala for some reason even though both places are free from any units. Anyone already experienced this? is it because I sent the Ariete in North Africa already?

Nope, either the two spots have lower that 5, or it's a bug. Or, all hexes around those two spots are full of units. Are these the free units on the purchased track, or are these units you bought? Africa isn't a home country, and new Italian units have to start in Italy. I was assuming the units you are referring to are the ones already on the track.

Yes, already on the track, they are supposed to be deployed at these locations only. Italy began to act strangely next couple of turns, I couldn't upgrade any units and MMPs fell down to 32 a turn [&:]
