Sub transports announce their mission to the whole world.

When a sub loads supplies for a mission it announces it during the replay. I think that is a bug because APs and AKs sure don't announce it. Nor do fast transports for that matter. Are the subs so proud that they are loading supplies that they feel they have to let everyone know about it?

They must share the code with the MSW that tell the whole planet when they are clearing the mines. :D
