Hanko Garrison Brigade vs 8th Rifle Brigade

A number of sources for the Russian OOB list the 8th Rifle Brigade being with the Northern Front and on Hanko/Hango on 22nd June.

Is the 8th rifle Brigade modelled as the Hanko Garrison Brigade in the game?

Sort of.
AFAIR we had it as rifle Bde but AI usually evacuated it early on.

Evacuate, thats what the Russians did, from 16th Oct to 2nd Dec. Reasonably successfully apparently. This would explain why some OOBs have the 8th Rifle brigade in Leningrad in November.

If this is the case, and the Axis take Hango and the garrison is lost (before December?), perhaps the 8th Rifle Brigade should come back into the game as a freebie.
