Mulitple pics in post question

Can anyone tell me how more than one picture can be uploaded/embedded per post as some have done when posting AARs?

Use a image host site, like imgur for example:

So if I understand correctly, images can be uploaded to an image host site and then linked to within a post, right?

Is this done by using the add a link button (link) on the toolbar at the top of the message box used to type in the text?

No, you need to uss the image button.
