German "Player incapacitated"?

I'm currently playing the game on the german side and towards the end of August the cost for all my decisions where very high.

Looking closer I could read "Player incapacitated. PP cost doubled."

I found no mention of the Word "incapacitated" in the rules and I'm not sure what has happened. Can anyone help me explain?

I am not sure, but maybe you were on a mission to visit some of the headquarters in the field and got wounded ?

That could be it. Last turn "I" did go on a trip to a subordinate HQ. My opponent haven't finished his turn yet and I don't know if the pp cost still is doubled. Thanks för swift answer!
