Does anyone have a valid link or the files for Rich Dionne's updated icons, graphics and Paclink for SSI GG Carrier Strike?

I've attached the files in the link below. You should read PacLinkReadme10.rtf (Paclink instructions)
before unizipping PacLink10a.zip.

In addition, regarding the update of the Carrier Strike graphics and sound effects files
(CSGraphics10.zip), you need to download the attached file, make a new copy of your Carrier
Strike game directory to protect the original files, and unzip the contents of the attached
file into the new copy of your game directory.
