No tool bar or info button on mail map page

I just purchased the latest edition of Strategic Command and when looking at the manual I see a couple of differences in what is shown there and what my game shows:

I started playing the 1939 campaign and here is what is missing on the main map screen:

3.5.3 - Right Hand Buttons - there no Info Icon so I don't have access to any of these items - hot keys, strategy guide, etc. There a victory button ONLY in place of it - the other three icons - save, quit and settings are there

There are no tool tips icons to the left of the next unit and previous unit arrows at the bottom on the game map (above the mini map) - the bar is there but it is empty

Any ideas?

I just found the answer to this question in an earlier posting on page 3 - apparently these will be added in a future patch - any ideas on when that will be?

We hope that it will be very soon once Hubert is back to health, though multiplayer will be the first priority.
