Grand campaign

Looking for a GC or another scenario perhaps.

Currently playing one game but have the capacity to play another looking for a PBEM game can complete 3-5 turns a week.

Game set up / configuration open to discussion as are house rules.

What's your skill level? I'm a noob myself. I could potentially do 2 turns a week on average.
