SOW: Gettysburg Little Round Top Scenario

Has anyone successfully completed Scenario 7 (Little Round Top)? Can you offer any advice on how to win it? I've played it many times & I can't win.

I tried this scenario also and got nowhere because I could not control my units. I tried several times to get the in formation to march south, then east to flank round top. But no matter what I tried to order, the units inevitably ended up marching straight east and engaging in that direct. There was no way for my to make a coordinated march of all my units south and left into RT.

Any suggestions? I even tried waypoints to no avail
