Assign support to divisions question

I am new to WITE and have looked high and low. Unfortunately forum search not working at the moment.

My question

I am attempting to add Support units to divisions on the XXXXI corps. I see several attached SP AA, pioneer, construction, bn listed in the corps.

However when using the assign function only a few units show up to select. Nothing moved yet at start of 41-45 campaign 1.09 update.

I can't find out why all units are not showing up to allow selection. Can anyone explain or point me to what explains a rule affecting the available SU units?

Construction, artillery and luftwaffe AA cannot be directly assigned to divisions. They can still have their support lent by HQ during combats, fortification building etc. Pioneers and many other SUs can be directly assigned. The rule may seem arbitrary but I assume is based on the military doctrine of the time.
