Running in windowed?

Post by thechoort »

Hi, i'm trying to run WiTP in a window, but I don't see the option. I hear you can set it to run in windowed though a command line but I have no idea how to go about doing that.

Edit: Never mind, I sorted it out

Glad you found the answer. I checked in and then went searching for a comprehensive thread about switches in case you run into further problems setting up your game. Here is the longest thread from page 4 of this forum:

A lot of stuff might not seem to apply in your case but the more you read the more you will understand what all the setup issues are so you can choose what features you want.

This thread is an example of why I HATE tech help forums. And I am a tech.

OP asks a question, "How do I do %something%?" then edits later with "I figured it out". Not "I figured out how to do %something% I did X, Y, Z" So the NEXT person with that question will have an answer. If you figured it out... why for the love of all that's holy won't you share that solution? You know, maybe be helpful?

Happily, there are many examples of what you are suggesting, and many other examples of helpfulness in this forum. Of course it isn't perfect. [:)]
