I am surprised that AH has not blown his top yet. USSR insults us by occupying Bulgaria and both UK and France break the laws of war by bombing our civilians. They initiated a war of terror on us.

Japan takes a land impulse. If you have several strategic bombing missions or ground strikes then I think you should do the first part. Otherwise I can do the first part.

Just beware that Italy is considering making a naval move.

I might not reorganize all units as Germany. But I need to look at the save to have any serious thoughts. Is it ok if I get back to you on this tomorrow?

Why is it that the entire Dusseldorf stack is put on sentry? Including the fighter.

RE: TOP SECRET ORM + WARSPITE ONLY (Reverse AAR)
My advice is that Germany, and Italy once activated, tries to save oil to compensate for what is lost due to Bulgaria.ORIGINAL: warspite1
So what is your advice re this oil malarchy and the Germans then Ormster?
And try to shield oil from strategic bombing. This by placing the saved oil in the east or southeast. But most important by placing them in cities with several factories.
I would save the German and Austrian oil in Berlin, and thereby saving two oil and producing for 16. Note that Germany used more oil than saving this turn but by leaving units disorganized the oil reserves remain at the same level.
I would use 2.4 oil for reorganization so Germany only use two oil and leave several units disorganized until next turn. I would prioritize reorganizing the HQs, the aircraft, and the MOT on the Danish border.
During, or rather before building any units, I would scrap two German LND3 bombers (but not the LND2 that is a perfect plane for losses). I would also scrap two submarines.
I would build three pilots, one FTR3, and one synth plant. Or delaying the synth plant two turns I would build even more pilots and aircraft. But I would have built both the German synth plants within the first 2-5 turns of the game. And I think it would be wise to empty the LND2 pool by next turn so the new Stukas can be built in Jan/Feb.

One trusts that is a rhetorical question. I have absolutely no idea why any stack should be on sentry - indeed I did not even know such as thing were possible. I thought that was for naval units. Is it remediable?

Not having played oil until the last game (apart from an aborted AAR) and thus never having played with oil as the Axis, I was just interested in your opinion.

Right clicking and selecting 'sentry' one more time should remove the sentry status. Just remember to do so on them all.ORIGINAL: warspite1

Not really sure what is happening here - perhaps you can enlighten me.

I save the German and Austrian oil (both in Berlin) and use two oil to reorganise (two units fail to reorganise to keep to 2.4).

I have 16 Production Points.

When I advance to the next turn I only have 2 oil...nothing is saved in Berlin. Any ideas?

I suspect that you used the two oil transported to Berlin for the reorganization. They are available this turn since they are German controlled. When I advance to the next turn I only have 2 oil...nothing is saved in Berlin. Any ideas?
If you had marked the old oil instead during the reorganization the oil in Berlin had been saved.
This should be of no issue at all. Just write in your instructions where you want the oil saved and what oil you want to use for reorganization.
