Is there any benefit or cost for having air units in different HQ's

ie Stab/ZG1 in a different HQ to II./ZG1
I shall make it a felony to drink small beer.

To help remove 'clutter' I usually disband all the STAB squadrons. It kind of bothers me to have such a small unit on the map.

And all the pilots will feed back into the other squadrons.

I do that as well, and thought I was an outlier. I also ditch all the STAB units immediately; the pilots get re-used immediately
