So you are saying that SillyFlowers Operational sense in the "Three Levels of War"(strategic/operational/tactical) is really good ;)

He has not had any pressure on his tank this whole war.

He's always a few turns ahead and his positioning is always tight or well enough that he cannot get hurt.

HE MUST BE DISTROYED!

My play has been average thus his high marks have to be adjusted.

I really hacked my way around here this turn. Nothing solid. brute force, maneuver was shunned.

It all felt rather blah[:(]

North Saratov

I line this up to take the rough hex from the german mountain unit.
It will be a close one.

May the 'Brute force ' be with me.

82 East of Tula

Post by BrianG »

Now I start on 'how to stop' germans from capturing all the troops in the bulge.

I will rr in 2 very strong corp. Very nice maneuver as rr line east of Moscow still open

They could maybe also get trapped.[:-]

But has to be done. He will have issues with hasty attacks.

I will try and pack in area. The 2 forest hexes are key plus the rr line.

Are you ground bombing him after you get him out of his entrenchments?

seems useless now. Even my night bombers are not as good although it is blizzard.
Plus I am limiting my day bombers as trucks situation not good.

He seems unstoppable. If he had better weather he would be in Japan by now.

83 open

Post by BrianG »

Well. He does not go north. He goes straight west and wedges all space between my guard reinforcement area and south.

Another army full will be trapped.

He also ran some tanks west by rr and they tried a pincer. Lucky, I should resupply at least for one more turn.

They rest better escape. Stalin is getting a little hot under the color. Red hot.

Silly rarely attacks a strong hex.

He is adept at corralling
