ELR Conversion Question

Hola all!

I'm working on a scenario with variable ELRs and I'm wondering if anyone can give me insight as what controls ELR in ToTH. I'm assuming it's Class, but you know what they say about the "A" word.

Is that actually what ELR is tied to or is it tied to the Experience level of the unit.

In TotH, there is similar concept to ASL ELR and its called Experience.
