It would help if you post a picture of what you mean by "doesn't fit" and what settings you have tried.
I am no expert but I believe there is a maximum size that the game engine can handle. I use 1920X1080 and I think I have seen users post that they got a big as 25xx pixels in width (not sure of the exact number), but no more.

That looks normal. Try starting a game and see how it looks.

Screen shot doesn't tell the whole story, that is taking up the entire screen and the res looks 720 or something. You will also not part of the menu is missing I cant load a saved multiplayer game

Sorry, I guess it is not. I am used to people complaining that the screen you showed has thick black borders. You are right, it is chopped.
I have no idea why.

If you are not having any problem with anything else except the game, I'd say it's a switch problem. Can you post what switches you are using?

The opening game menu screen has its own resolution - it does not use the resolution you set for the game itself. That said, it should display all of it.

Titan,

suggest you

a) go into the properties of your desk top shortcut.

b) click the 'compatability' tab.

c) if the box labeled

"Run in 680 x 420 screen resolution"

is ticked, then untick it.

Give it a run with the "Run in 680 x 420 screen resolution" box ticked on the shortcut compatibility tab.

I tried it once and had a result like Titan is getting.

You are lucky. I have a 34" Dell ultrasharp curved monitor and the game will not work at all. If it does oen the screen flickers wildly and you have to restart the computer to stop the flickering.
