Ground Support

In image below, the Germans are attacking St-Malo. I would think the CW Albacore could provide ground support, but they are never given the option. Game file next post.

Game File. Load. Have all nearby units attack St-Malo and then close the attack selection.
Game then ask if CW HQ in Libyan desert want to provide HQ support, answer no.
Game then goes to attack resolution, bypassing allied ground support options.
