Request: Romania / Finland - Decision & Pop Up Templates

Has anyone created decision and pop up templates for Romania and/or Finland? I am admittedly not the best at creating graphics. If these are kicking around I would really appreciate if you shared.

I am at work with adding these as new Majors into my mod Fall Weiss II and knocking Poland down to Minor status.

here is the decision files (to be renamed under your proper folder for Finns and Romanians)
I am not 100% sure about the Romania heraldry as it may have change during the course of WW2.
I couldnt find any country specific Pop Up file so far
