AI Germany took Decision to create Afrika Korps, but never got deployed

AI Germany took Decision to create Afrika Korps, but never got deployed

Hi - one of the SC3 Games I'm playing currently is one where I'm *only* playing as Italy, the AI controls Germany and all of the Allies. I noticed that Germany accepted the decision to form the Afrika Korps, as saw the expenditure in the turn reports, but it's now well into June 1941 and I still don't see the Afrika Korps deployed - is this a bug?

Can you try doing what Szilard has done and taking back control of Germany to see if it makes any of the units deploy?
