No point with Stuka this impulse as couldn't attack anyway. Nothing for Japan.

Yeah, Italy would get 2:1 +1 attack after SB if Stuka hits because of CW bombers are in range.

2 rail moves.

I do German land moves and then send save file to you.

Now I got it: Italy can't attack because they chose naval.

German rebase missions:
FW190 from Dusseldorf to woods in SEE of Bordeaux [61,26]
Stuka from southern Spain to north, woods 2 hexes south of Bilbao [64,23]
Bf110C from southern Spain to north [64,22]
Bf109 in central France near Paris to 9 hexes east

von Leeb reorganizes 2x ART in northern Spain.
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

I'm thinking about to align Finland next impulse. Looks like I need those units for garrison in 1942.

The question is, can I place them to north to attack Murmansk? Normally I want to make USSR place their reserves before I decide what to do with Finnish troops. Placing them nortj sounds risky, USSR can place 3 units to Murmansk and fight there to the end if the war.

If I place units south, I think I have to place unit or two to north to protect my resource.

Other option is to place one about half-way down and advance to cut the rail line. Soviets would need to commit an HQ to shift it.

That's the way to handle this, if the USSR haven't got CAV in the area to react. I would use a Ski division to cut the railline to Murmansk.

Germany takes land action

Germany aligns Finland
6-3 INF and 2x CP to Petsamo
All other ships and both planes to Helsinki
5-4 INF west of Helsinki
2nd ski div to near Murmansk rail road
INF HQ, MOT and 1st ski div near Viipuri

Naval air
I suggest Italian Gabbiano goes to CSV box 4 and initiates combat. Italian Erone and German fighter (air to air factor 6) from Gibraltar can go to box 1. If Gabbiano alone finds, it can attack box 4 where is no planes.

No ground strikes this impulse.

Germany rails ARM HQ Guderian from northern Spain to Poland [49,46], ARM HQ Rommel from southern Spain and INF from Paris to Hungary [59,50].

I hope we get one more impulse...

Can Italy place forts only to Italian controlled hexes or also to German controlled hexes (Gibraltar)?

Anyone knows this? There is a prize for the right answer...

You can only build forts in hexes you control. So Italian forts have to be build in Italian controlled hexes and German forts have to be build in German controlled hexes....

Damm. I looked under the forts rule and couldn't see anything and am pretty sure in one of my solitaire games had to ship a fort down to Singapore, so I thought they could be moved and then set up. Oh well, it was only 2 BP's. I dare say I can find a useful place for it and maybe a couple more.
