Support Weapon Team

In my opinion, half-squad is the "rule" but in TOTH their live is short, so I prefer Squad.
I would like to know your opinion to add more or not half-squad or crews in scenarios.
P.s:Refrain from joking!

I have little use for HS, especially because ToTH does not allow splitting and re-combining them into full-size squads.
They might be useful for reconnaissance or to surround broken units and eliminating them through failure to route.
In a firefight, their reduced combat values makes even two of them less valuable than a full squad.

Crews are another story altogether: I think support weapons, with the exception of LMGs and Panzerfausts should be operated by crews.

Chasing Germans in the moonlight is no mean sport

I agree, possibly medium and certainly heavy MGs, flame throwers and others (with the exception of LMGs and PFs) should really be operated by the CREW units because the weapons were operated by specifically trained units.

Firstly, I want to say Thanks man for all you've done for TotH. Secondly, what the hell are you even thinking bringing half squads into a scenario? Unless we are discussing the remnants after a battle that winds up in another battle from a counter attack I don't need no stinkin half squads to slow my PC. Of course, as author of your scenario you can do what you want and I will stay play them. Half squads, c'mon...

I'd say it depends on the battle and when. Waffen SS HS could be used as Tank Hunters in late war for instance. God quality HS could absolutely use special weapons
