You seem to be doing ok.
Nice squeeze West of Poltava. I would be doing more of this, his flanks are loose.

It may look so but the opposite is true. I am loosing to many troops. OOB is around 4-4.2M.
Yes his flank security is nearly non-existent but I failed miserably to exploit it. [:(]
We are currently on T14 and few more disasters did happen. I am really afraid what I will see on T14.

Turn 9 - 14.8.-20.8.1941

Factories evacuated:
Stalino 20 Arms 5 Vehicles
Moscow 4 IL-4

Unfortunately I was short few RR capacity points to get the whole Stalino armaments out at once.

North
Grinding continues but I underestimated the digging capacity. Leningrad is lost case.

Turn 9 - 14.8.-20.8.1941

South

Another pocket, this one was really unexpected. Southern sector is close to collapse. Dnepropetrovsk abandoned as I can't afford to loose any more divisions. At least I was lucky with weather and next week will be mud.

Don't bank on the next turn actually being mud. I my game against Michael T that report said that ifwas supposed to be a mud turn in the Leningrad sector, but when we had the turn it was actually clear instead of mud. Remember it is only a forcast and forcasts can be wrong.

I know, the chance is if I recall 75%. But we are on T14 so I know the forecast has been correct. [:)]

Turn 11 - 28.8.-3.9.1941

Factories evacuated:
Kaluga 7 Arms
Stalino 5 HI
Makeevka 3 Arms
Gorlovka 3 Arms

North
I was once again surprised by the Panzers. With the clear weather back my line was broken and I lost Shliselburg. This early it means there is no hope for Leningrad. [:(]

Germans advanced little bit just to reach my lines. West of Tula, Panzers made little bridgehead across Oka but I've been able to seal this small breach.

Turn 11 - 28.8.-3.9.1941

South

The pocket has been cleared in one turn and immediately followed new catastrophe. 2 complete Armies were encircled. This time I fought back. Around half of the 1. Panzer Gruppe is isolated and/or their supply lines are contest with ZOC. If it will not work the South Front will collapse.

Would you happen to know if I can switch to this map in the middle of a game without impacting it? Or do both sides have to install it at the beginning to work?NAL: Twigster

Yes you can switch to the modded map whenever you want. It doesn't have any impact on ongoing game.

Turn 12 - 4.9.-10.9.1941

This turn I was again lucky with mud in north weather zone. Unfortunately I don't have strength to destroy that 2 IDs surrounded in previous week. At least they will suffer from attrition and morale hit.

Turn 12 - 4.9.-10.9.1941

South

Zaporozhye pocket reopened once again. I took the risk only because forecast for next week in south is mud. I have been probably very lucky with mud 3 weeks in a row.
