Games crashes when british capital moves to Toronto

Hey there,

Great Game, with really good AI. Thank you so much.

But for now, I stopped playing, in this is why:
I encounter a bug which makes it impossible to finish my game as the Axis.
I captured London and also Manchester. When I End my turn and the US joins the Allies, the british government is moved to Toronto.
Each time this happens, regardless what save I use or which side i choose (Axis or Allies), the game crashes with
this report: Failed(handle-country-surrender): Segmentation Violation.

This happens also with clean Installation of the game and also on other Hardware (like my Laptop).

Please help me out. Thank you.

I've conquered Great Britain several times, and several times the Brit capital has gone to Toronto.
Never happened to me.
